    Okay,

Back on topic now. Had a real bummer Monday. The Tige left me motorless on a desolate lake. This time I was unable to restart the motor. I checked to make sure I was getting fuel down the fuel rail. Found that I am not getting any electricity thru the distributor. Normally if you let the motor cool it would restart. This time it just turned over but would not ignite.

Any thoughts? I have an appointment scheduled with the Ski Dock in Austin, TX. I am still looking at over $100 just to tow the boat to Austing then add in the repair costs!

    Boats suck when they break!!!!

      UPDATE

The service department at the Ski Dock determined that it was a sensor in the distributor went out. They replaced it and the motor is back online. I had them work on the trailer brakes and a few other items. Unfortunately the reverse solenoid in the brakes needs to be replaced, and they did not have one in stock. Oh well!

If anyone is needing a dealer in the Austin area, I STRONGLY recommend the Ski Dock. They have been great, and worked very hard to fix the boat in a week. A huge thanks to Charlie in the service department and Rich in sales!!!!
