    PCM 343 Fuel Control Cell

    2010 Tige Z1 PCM 343 engine:

Well it is almost that time to start getting my boat ready for the season.
My question is part of my annual service is to change out the 10 micron FCC filter. After reading the PCM manual it seems pretty straight forward, basically unplug, remove the bottom screw and drain, unscrew and remove canister housing, replace filter. put it back together.

it is noted this should be done by a trained professional, really??..so what am I missing?
Has anyone out there serviced their FCC filter?

I've done it myself the past two years (and I am generally mechanically inept). You are correct - it is pretty straight forward. You can do it
