need a new prop to replace my 2133..

My 4 blade 2133 is still not enough to pull ballast efficiently at high elevation (6250 Lake Tahoe). I'm struggling out of the hole and using waaay to fkn' much gas.

I need something even lower geared. I plan on getting custom sacs like Duffy'. Bigger than the enzos I had so I'm going to need a different prop. Is there an ACME prop lower geared than the 2133?

ps I'll be selling the 2133...

Look up what Duffy is running in his 24v. I know he did some testing of different props and as Im sure you know he is really weighted down and also at higher elevation like us.

Call ACME and get their input. If needed, they cay custom pitch a prop.

That would be cool I will be runing my boat mainly at 7300 ft in grant lake I also like to go to topaz but its a lot lower around 4000 ft it's probley good to keep your current prop for low elevations

                  05 343

If I had a Z3 I'd want the bigger motor. I was this close to pulling the trigger on a used Z3 and was only going to if it had the big boy engine

During the past 2 summers I've probably been out 100 times... at 6250.. and know exactly what I need to pull big ballast

Did you ever try the 5 blade? I am a huge believer. Try it!

my other prop is a 2079 AND it looks like that's what I have to run. I talked to ACME and they were insistant on me using this model...said there's nothing out there with a 'deeper gear' ratio. I said OK but can you repitch it to pull some ginormous *** ballast at high altitude.. they were hesitant to re pitch the 2079 like I wanted. AND I never really got a straight answer on why I shouldn't re pitch it..??

They did say they could take some 'cup' outta my 2133 and give me like 100 more rpms BUT I've decided to sell that prop.

The 2079 def' worked better than the 2133 on my boat last summer

$500 for the 2133..I'll pay for shipping. Prop is mint. Maybe 4 hours on it total in deep water. I do have to retrieve it from RENO. Boat is in storage an hour away. Will be doing this asap
