    Stiff Throttle

Noticed on my last outing that the throttle felt a little stiffer than usual at times. This happens when putting into gear. Has anyone experienced this in the past and/or know what I could be dealing with? I have read about the issues regarding TPS and ECU being on alternate batteries with different charge. However, I believe this applies to the boat not going into gear or reverse as opposed to what I am experiencing. It pretty much feels as if the cable is in a bind at times. In addition, my rear starboard ballast will not empty. Have shop looking at both on Tuesday but I will of course be using the boat this weekend so any thoughts or suggestions are greatly appreciated!!

I have the problem with TPS at moment, havent resolved it yet, but by coincidence I had greased the throttle assembly just before the problem occurred, the throttle is nice and smooth now, although it doesnt work !!! also grease the connection to the v drive that should sort it

Sorry to hear that Gwyn!!! I recently oiled the throttle assembly and haven't had any problems up to this point. I will definitely make it a point to oil the connection at the V drive as well. Appreciate the reply and hope you're able to address the TPS with minimal headache.
