Vapor lock or Sensor issue?

Well finally got back out to the lake this weekend after being off for a month with a broken arm figured Id update:

Before I went out we changed the check valve at the tank and ran the blower a lot more. Still no change in vaporlocking. So this winter its gonig to get the water check valve put in it and a secondary fuel pump back by the tank.

Just got done installing the mercruiser kit. Fixed all my vapor lock issues.

Thats what I like to hear. Pretty simple fix for a little issue.

bmxcinci, where did you mount the aux fuel pump?

almost missed this. been working To much.. lol.. I have a 2000 20i, and mounted it on the starboard side down by an engine mount.. I will try and get a picture up next time I am in the boat. It was a pain to mount, and they only give you about 18 inches of fuel line in the kit.

Finally got a picture of where I mounted the aux fuel pump. No troubles after I installed it.. Started every time.
