Need help with MP 5.7 vortec replacement throttle body

Does anyone know what aftermarket throttle body is a replacement for the 5.7 MP 340HP Vortec engine?
This is the second time I have had this exact same issue. The first time it was at 20 hours and under warranty so it was a dealer fix. I have come to the conclussion that moisture from the bilge and dirt/debris are causing premature failure. I have had more and more issues recently as I approached 200hours and recently cleaned the throttle body and I am not getting any response when advancing throttle. Normally, when the throttle wouldnt advance I would simply remove the flame arrestor wipe clean and manually gently move the butterfly and all would be fine, now its unresponsive. It does self check when the key is turned on but once the engine is started the idle jumps up to 1100 RPM just as it would if I start the engine without the throttle bodies plug connected. Im assuming the internal sensor is toast.
I am hoping that a throttle body from a 2008 5.3 GM Vortec automotive engine would work? I tried cross referencing the part number on the OEM body but didnt get any where.

AC/Delco makes one for all of their 5.3 Vortecs part #217-2422. I can find these on Amazon for @ $130 shipped and I can use my points to save a few more bucks.

Hitachi also has one through Auto Zone part# ETB0024. Auto ZOne seems to be the only auto parts supplier that offers a throttle body replacement? Its $194 and the good news is I can return it but I have to special order it and dont want to waste any more days or time if its not the right part.

    Thanks everybody, please help!

Would reccommend reading lab top data before changing, to con firm that is the problem, have only ever changed one and that was from injesting water off of transom while accellerating.

thanks guys, I have been calling anyone and everyone and seem to be getting somewhere. The throttle body is sold only as a one piece sealed unit, manufactured by GM but only for their marine engine division. I am lucky to be within a 20 min drive to Ski Discount Inboard Marine and they are trying to track one down for me. I am 100% positive that I am the one responsible for damaging the sensor while cleaning the throttle body.

I am back up and running! Huge thanks to Allen at PCM Engines for locating the part number and having one delivered to Vince over at Ski Discount Inboard Marine. I simply can't say enough about their customer service and willingness to help me get back on the water.
