Storage compartment damp

For some reason the storage compartment underneath the glove box is constantly damp. Any ideas why this stays damp? I didn't have any water come over the bow either. The walk thru storage compartment in front of the drive is not damp.

Here are a few areas to look at...

Make sure the boat cover isnt collecting water and routing into boat, the cover always seems to carry water towards the tower legs.
Front tower mount seal
Rub rail seam
Air intake at front of windshield and air boot that runs into bilge.

do you put anything wet in your glove box?
my glove box drains into that locker

This was out on the lake yesterday so the cover wasn't on. I didn't have anything wet or that could leak in the glove box. The entire floor is pretty much wet not just a small spot or anything.
