I did the straight edge test on all my pulleys, and the sea water pump pulley is the culprit. It is not straight with the crank pulley. Washers must have been behind it and fallen out when I did the impeller replacement. I guess I need to order a new bracket with "tabs" that straighten it out? Anyhow as for the tightening nut for the serpentine belt, has anyone had the issue that it digs into the bracket and wont tighten anymore? It digs in on the other side of the adjusting teeth on the smooth side of the bracket.
