Hi I just bought a 2006 20i and it idles but won't throttle up? I don't know too much about these boats so any help would be appreciated. It has dual batteries, both are new. There is a ground wire running in between both batteries. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as the dealer here isn't very helpful and there is a long wait to get in.

Well I connected 2 wires together that were Beside the engine, one was pink and the other was brown with a wire stripe and it seems to run fun now? What were these wires? -
OK heres the deal with my boat, if I turn the key on and wait for the fuel pump to pump(roughly 10 secs) the buzzer stays on when it starts and it wont idle up. But if I start the boat immediately from the off position everything seems to be fine, the buzzer comes on for a sec then turns off and the boat revs up. What could this be?Comment
