I fixed the fuel usage with replacing the distributor cap and two sensors in the back but I am pretty sure my transmission is slipping. Has any one tried any fluid additives to band aid the problem so I can get throughout the season? Also any good place to send it to get rebuilt?

Talked to a 20 plus year mechanic yesterday and he told me the pick up on a velvet transmission is on the right side. So if you make a hard left turn or load heavy on the left side for surfing it lacks fluid. Checked fluid and full plus a little. Today I made hard right turns and no problems. Too bad you can't surf on right

So did he say that we should overfill if heavily weighting? We weight the left (port) side very heavily when we surf.Joey - Red 20V Riders Edition
