FYI, I had almost the exact same issues with a 2008 22VE I bought new but had been sitting in a showroom for 1 1/2 years. I went thru the fuel system, injectors, pumps, everything.
What mine turned out to be was a timing compenent with the throttle. All the guy did was plug it in to the computer, download the throttle program and t motor ran great after that.
I just wish I would have tried the programing for errors before tearing into the fuel system. But I thought it was bad gas as well. Purred and started right up, but couldn't maintain speed or RPM, acted like it was bogging down and cutting out.
Scary stuff for a new boat.
