          Heat Exchanger

I have been running my boat in fresh water for the last 9 yrs, 2001 22I 350 mercruiser. Have not had a serieous problem in 324 hrs. typical speedos not accurate, a front light bulb went out, replaced the impeller 3 times, oil changes at the end of the season, only engine mods are a K&N filter because I sonetimes drive 5 hrs to the river. This boat has run flawless. I now live 10 minutes from the Los alimitos harbor, and Marine stadium in long beach. I am going to sacrifice the trailer for the convienence of salt water. So A full heat exchanger is in order. I will keep this boat for another 10 yrs, so I figured it is a good thing to do. I am wondering if anybody has run a heat exchanger kit, and if any particular kit worked the best. I have looked at a full system SanJuan for 840.00 Let me know if any of you have any input. Thanks Ken
