Thanks for all of the help. My local mechanic said he wouldnmt work on it because its in a boat. so I'm now looking for someone who will fix it.

Also where would I get the head Gasket and does anyone know which one I will need if this is the problem.

took my boat to the mechanic cracked block, cracked head new engine on the way brand new 350 vortec installed for 2685.00 does this sound resonable?
