White Smoke While Surfing

I have an 08 Z1 and I notice white smoke coming out of the exaust when I have a surfer on the Starboard side of the boat. I also noticed that the engine slipped or knocked a few times. I'm concerned that the steep angle my be effecting fluid levels in the V-Drive. Any suggestions?

i have an 09 rz4 does the same thing ,i had a head maint. guy at a resort that had several malibus that kept getting fuel in there oil and went through 2 engines in 1 boat and problems with another. he said theyinstalled fuel sepparators and that fixed it. they were new boats too07 and newer.
