Throttle cable Adjust.

Is there an adjustment some where to put a little more resistence on shifter? When I have throttle just above idle I need to keep my hand on the throttle or it will slow back down. Anything above 1500 RPM'S it will hold steady. A little frustrating.

no adjustment. thats all in the return spring tension.
