    Prop won't Spin

    Hey everyone,

    I have a 2022 ATX Type 24s with the Raptor 440.
The other day I was out cruising around all day and no issues at High or low speeds. Was able to take it out of the slip no problem. Came back in to dock it for the night and as I got to the dock the prop stopped spinning. Generally I'm putting it in forward and reverse to dock it as it's a tight spot and we all know steering under low powere with an inboard is fun. I've never had issues up until this point.

This time as we got into our marina the prop completley stopped spinning. Engine revs fine in forward an reverse, but no movement. Almost sounds like it's in neutral, but it's not.

I went under and check to see if there was anything caught in the prop, but there's nothing there and the prop spins by hand. I haven't taken it out of the water yet as this is going to be a project if the prop isn't spinning.

Any ideas of what might be wrong that I can check? I haven't been in the engine bay yet to see if anything got dissengaged but looking for some guidance on issues I can check out first before pulling it out.

    Thanks,
    Frank.

    Update,

Prop and shaft are fine, no leaking fluids or disconnected lines.

Manufacturer said it could be the trans solenoids but I checked with a volt meter and it was getting power. Thinking it might be something to do with the throttle assembly or the solenoid is just bad. No idea. Really hope it's not something to do with the trans.

Taking it in to the dealer this week to see what they can figure out.

      Quick update:
Took the boat to the dealer two weeks ago. They talked to Tige, who then told them to get in touch with Indmar. After some back and forth with Indmar, they found out there was an issue with the internal transmission filter. Turns out, they found some "clutch material" in there, which isn't great. Indmar suggested we swap out the tranny. Thankfully, it’s all covered under warranty. No idea how this could happen. They said its rare and a 1 off, especially with only having 70 hours on it. Now we just have to wait and hope summer sticks around a bit longer in Northern NY!
