16' RZX Taps Actuator Lenco Part#

I've searched as much as I can and haven't come across a thread where anyone has posted a Lenco Part # for the 16' RZX Taps Actuator. Does anyone have a part number handy that they could post, or an amazon link? Thanks in advance.
