2010 22ve wont start after replacing throttle body assemply.

Been having throttle issues for the last several years. PCM EX343. Usually turning off the boat and turning back on resets everything. Finally, throttle stopped working. Replaced the throttle potentiometer on the throttle lever. Did not fix the issue. I gave up and brought it to a local repair place that usually works on outboards out of desperation. PCM dealer won't work on Tiges. Tige dealership doesn't work on PCM. Boat repair replaced the throttle body assembly which fixed the throttle issue but now the boat won't start. Engine turns over but something seems to keep it from firing. Any ideas? The repair shop can't figure it out and I'm worried they will rack up thousands trying to troubleshoot for days.

Fire triangle, fuel, spark or compression. Most likely spark but easy to test with inline spark checker and fuel pressure gauge from auto parts store. Check both and also make sure the kill switch is engaged.
Fixing everyone elses boat just so I can use mine...
