2007 22i not starting after running for a while

Good morning. I have a 2007 Tige 22i with a 340HP motor. On first start-up, the boat runs fine. Drive for a while, shut off for more than a few minutes, and the boat won't start. The fuel pump takes a while to prime but even after priming and then shutting off, the boat will not start. It is almost like it is vapor-locking. Any ideas? I am going to replace the fuel filter but was wondering if there is anything else I should be looking at.

Did you find the issue? It sounds very similar to mine although mine starts and runs it has a miss and runs like garbage.

I apologize. Yes, I was able to determine the high pressure fuel pump was going bad. Replaced it and it runs great.
