Well I'm new to the boat world, but I have 04 22i and man last couple of weeks I have taken the boat out and while I'm driving the boat acts like it wants to cut out while I'm driving, if I pull up on the gas then I'm fine. I have already changed the fuel fitter is there anything anyone can think of that might be the problem?

me too, just got a new 2008 22VE and it runs fine when in idle, and slow rpms, but when I hit the throttle and push it up, its starts to bog down and cut out, like bad fuel or something. Happens around 2500-300 rpms. Starts up and everything is new, so don't know what is up. I'm going to check the fuel filter but also there is a fuel regulator that gets stuck sometimes on these new boats, its like a float that restricts the engine from getting too much fuel.
