2006 Tigé 22Ve low fuel pressure

So I’ve been having an issue where the boat will run perfect for about an hour then at idle speed and in no wake areas the engine will start sputtering and die. Sometimes if I give it gas it will get it going again. The dealership has so far put a new fuel pump, new impeller housing, new relay, and they say it’s running better but still dying. Now they are saying maybe it’s the circuit board. Any ideas of would could be going on? Cause I seem to be paying for all these replacement parts and yet the original issue still exists. Hope everyone is staying cool out on the water….hopefully I’ll be able to soon.

Throwing parts a problem without diagnostics should keep you out of that dealership. Find someone who can come run diagnostics including a fuel pressure test (what's your location?). From your brief description I would suspect a problematic Idle Air Control valve (IAC) if it only happens at idle and not at speed.

That’s what I’m saying. The whole reason I went to this dealership was because it was a place a trusted and a friends business. Do you think it could still be the IAC even if it runs for about an hour or two then starts stalling at idle speed? Someone else said the low pressure pump could be over heating and causing vapor lock. I’m located in Austin TX.

If it only happens at idle, yes absolutely IAC.

Regardless of run time, if you can apply throttle and keep it going, IAC.
