2000 21v bent prop replacement

Curled all 4 blades of my Acme prop today. Just in case it cannot be repaired and must be replaced, what surf prop do you recommend for this boat. Has the blue v-drive unit. 350 mag mpi engine. Used for surfing and cruising. No extreme weighting and use a nauticurl suck gate. Any recommendations for starting. Looking at the Acme website the 1617?

13.5 x 16. Been on the boat way before we started surfing.

We have the 1:46 v drive. Acme recommended the 1579 as they said that gelcoat burn was a risk with the 14". Less clearance than I thought under there. Also have a close clearance on the trailer as well. I would think coming down from a 16 pitch to a 14.25 would get us on plane and make the engine more responsive when weighted. Does that 1/2 inch make much difference? Thoughts?

Thanks guys for all the input. I ordered a 1617 from Nettles in Austin for a great price and will have it tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing the change in performance.
