MP 340 Pulley Wobble

Hello,

I have an MP 340 on my 08 tige v-drive and it looks like my harmonic balancer and possibly circ pump is wobbling. Please see attached video. It has a brand new raw water pump and the pump flange is mated properly to the crank pulley/balancer. Also, I think that hum in the video is my alternator maybe? Thanks!

I was running on a fake a lake, here’s another video. I see some pumps that done hardly move at all so that’s why I’m a little concerned

The wobble is normal and yours is not bad at all. It has to do with how true the bearing area is machined into the housing of the pump and also how square the shaft is pressed onto the driven flange that bolts to the crank pulley. Be sure to check the upper hose clamp on the pump, it looks like it's does not have any purchase on the pump barb.
