Throttle Position Sensor on Throttle Body and IAC Sensor

I pulled off the throttle body and cleaned it all out, now that I've replaced it and put in a new TPS and IAC sensor. It starts up and dies within 10 seconds. If I take off the TPS it will idle but dies with any throttle. It seems like the communication between the TPS and the IAC is not adequate. I put the old TPS back on and have the same problem. I can't try the old IAC as it fell apart. Both function as they move, but I just don't' know what I'm doing. This is for a Marine Power 5.7 liter engine. Any ideas would be helpful.

I also replaced the fuel pump and the fuel injectors, those systems seem to be working fine, but I don't know if there is some communication problem between them and the TPS/IAC.

Thanks for your help everyone, you are amazing.

Sometimes the IAC needs to be reset with the DIACOM computer. However, it sounds like you need to hook up to a computer to check TPS percentages with throttle change, injector pulse width and IAC position.
Fixing everyone elses boat just so I can use mine...
