Do it only one time and one time only.

After that, I have applied the Babes Seat Conditioner 110% of the time.

I've always liked Simple Green diluted with a brush for heavy cleaning, seems to work great. I bought Meguiars Vinyl Cleaner and Conditioner for the wipe down once it gets home from being on the water, and was told to use the 303protectant just a few times a year (boat shop that I use for some supplies - been in business for 35+ years). Time will tell, just got the boat but it was in excellent condition, stored inside and covered when out in the open for summer trips (me thinks this has a lot to do with it also).

        Malco Leather and Plastic Cleaner.

Another vote for Malco. I'm a car guy and over the last 30 years have tried lots of cleaners, Malco is by far the best. Give the small size a try and you'll buy the gallon size next.
