What winter maintenance are you doing?

I've got a lot of work to do. I've only just started on engine oil and brake fluid change and have checked the prop shaft:

• Teak-oil swim step
• Wax and detail boat

• Change Engine oil and filter
• Change Fuel filter/water separator (after first start)
• Change Distributor cap and rotor
• Inspect spark plugs (new last year)
• Check battery water level and test cells
• Replace sea water pump
• Tighten / inspect serpentine belt
• Check V-Drive oil (new last year)
• Check transmission oil (new last year)
• Check prop shaft alignment (was perfect)
• Replace steering cable
• Inspect throttle cable
• Verify running lights, horn, dash lights, etc.
• Test TAPs
• Test bilge pump
• Put together first aid kit
• Verify flares/signal horn, life jackets, throw cushion, etc.
• Finish wiring tower speakers

• Inspect trailer brakes
• Change brake fluid (looked OK at calipers, but like rusty chocolate milk at master cylinder)
• Repack wheel bearings
• Inspect trailer lights

1.fix a brake line so i will have brakes.
2.replace 1 ballast pump
3.100hr service
4.reinstall spedo gauge after repair

I only use the boat for 30hr a year do I realey need to change motor and v drive fluids each season.

It's highly recommended, especially if you're not using it that much. This is true for any boat.

More then ever with those low hours, moisture in the crankcase is worse then used oil

Routine maintenance is taken care of by my dealer. I'll do the following:

• Install my new head unit
• Mount and run the wires for my new transom remote
• Rewire my H/U so it gets power and ground from the same circuit as my amps
• Clean and re-oil my teak platform
• Remove the rest of the build-up in those hard to reach places underneath my boat
• Flitz polish the entire boat
• Clean-up some misc. wiring

maybe I need a biggggg list aswell should start now sill got 2 months before lake gets warm eh

-put in fresh gas
-put in water
-turn key

I wish I could install PP this year, but don't have the extra money right now.
