I have the moeller and like it particularly because since it is see through so you can figure out how much fluid has been removed, it is also very easy to drain with a nice little pour spout. Here is the link for westmarine, but you can probably find it cheaper.

He is a lazy @$$ and doesn't have to pump it
Just kidding, thanks for getting to my boat so fast. I almost bought one at a surplus place but literally when I went back to grab it after I had finished walking around it was gone...should have grabbed it and walked around with it. I couldn't justify the electric one just to maintain one boat. Of course now I have two, but the other one is a two-stroke.

MOELLER Fluid Extractor Kit. I bought it for my older four Winns before I bought the Tige and it works fine on either of them. Got mine at Boaters World Store in my area. 8 years and going strong.
Seacrch on OIL Extractor the 4.0 litre model $61.99

It seems that the Moeller fluid extraction kit is no longer made/sold. I am looking at this one:

Does anyone have any experience with it?
Also I am wondering since I have a 22i if I cant just drain the pan out the center drain hole. Has anyone done this and is it a better way to go?
