Has anyone changed the impeller on an '05 24V or simillar? How tough was it? I was looking at that great step by step thread taht was posted a while ago, but wasn't sure if I wanted to accually attemp it myself. What has your experiences been?

Give it a shot--what the heck.
If you can't get it or find yourself over your head it won't cost you anymore for the service dept to finish it for you. It may even cost less!?
You really have nothing to lose --worst case you learn something and then have to bring it in--best case a replacement costs you $17 and 1 hr of work.Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?

oops, hit send too fast.
I did this w/ my steering cable. I learned a lot about my boat, said some cuss words and then brought it in to be finished. Bastards charged me the full price and did only 1/4 of the work, but it did get done so I could use it on a holiday weekend we had plans for.Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?
