    A few answers please

I have an 05 20Ci and I would like to do the winterization myself.

I do not have a "FAKE LAKE" for this engine, I do have the outboard style, but obviously this will not work.

    5.7L 350 CID Vortech 5700 engine

    1. Can I take the hose off that's to the seacock hose and run a garden hose into the stem itself for cooling purposes until the engine warms so that I can fog the engine?

    2. looks like I only have two drain plugs? Port side, has the knock sensor on it. No issues there. the starboard sire has the familiar "T" screw...no issues there as well. I know I need to torque the knock sensor to 22lbs...no issues there either.

    Any other drains? And where?

Until I hear back from one of yuz...I'll be out waxing her

    TIA, Paul

    3. I imagine I can re-fill the block with anti freeze using one of the top hoses?

OK...slow time of year I see ....I figured everything out...I made a fitting to place on the intake hose to run the garden hose. Simple enough.

The only question remaining is #3, but I'll figure that out as well.

One additional concern. When I turn the prop by hand..she SQUEAKS very loud? I mean loud?

The squeak is normal the strut bushing is lubed by the water when the boat is in the water. try to avoid running it out of the water not good for the bushing spray some lube on there if you must run it for what ever reason. you can run/rev the engine just dont let the trans. go into gear. you know how to work the throttle right where you can work just the throttle without engaging trans.
