Stains

Have a few mildew stains on my vinyl. Soft Scrub or my dealer couldn't get it out. Any ideas from anybody?

If your vinyl is white, try Soft Scrub with Bleach and let it stay on the hot sun a while (1 or 2 hours). I would not try it on any other color vinyl.

Now, the folks at Tige' will likely say that this will void the warranty on the vinyl, so be careful. You may try it in a inconspicuous spot before you ruin your seat for good.

My current boat is too new and I haven't had the fortune of cleaning a stain on it yet. But I did it on my previous boat and it always worked. After 7 years, the vinyl still looked brand new.

also may want to try the bleche white on white vinyl. on my previous boat (not tige), i used oxy clean with some success. best of luck.

Thanks everyone ! My Tige dealer had a company that restores boats come in and look at the stains and they dyed the vinyl and it looks brand new!!
