Fault Codes

I have a 2017 RZX3 we were out on the lake this past weekend and out of the blue my display started beeping and telling me there was a fault code. when I looked at the screen it was on the "faults" screen and under active faults it had this listed:

SPN 3256 FMI 5

Does any one have any idea what this code means? Or do i have to take it down to my dealer? Any help is appreciated!

Thanks Mike! Do you happen to know if this sensor is easily accessible to where I could swap it out my self?

You're welcome. I don't know, but someone that does will probably pipe up. There are a lot of knowledgeable helpers in this group.

02 sensors are fairly easy to replace. Id need some time to look up what bank that code is for and if your fault is for pre cat or post cat.

In the meantime, I say use the boat. O2s are all basically emissions related.
