I’m considering using my quarantine time polishing and cleaning up my hull, maybe rebadging or removing the existing decals.
I’m nervous I’m going to not be pleased with the results for my time.... the boat is an ‘04, so spending $1000 with a glass shop doesn’t make sense to me. It’s white, and in better than average shape, so I would think the hull color hasn’t faded much from the original. For the hairline scratch would that wet sand off? Would the two gouges not color match well now after 16 years of fading? Will there be a ton of ghosting after removing the decals and polishing?
