Does anyone know where to get Phat Tower bungie and foam tube

I still have the foam, but I found these different sizes @ Grainger, that might work. I don't know what diameter they are. You would have to measure it.

For the bungee cords. I just cut them off and use regular ones and hook them to the flat metal on the side instead. It is actually more solid, but doesn't look as nice.

I like the idea of just using Bungee cords and drilling a hole in the top to hook into. But if you want to buy the OEM parts samsonsports.com is who bought Phat Tower or was the brother or something like that. They have the parts.

I have replaced the bungee on my phat tower numerous times (usually every few seasons). On mine I can remove the foam fingers and from there I use a long cargo bungee Harbor freight to replace. Cut to fit, burn ends, shove it through the hole on the metal finger w/ needle nose pliers and either tie a knot or zip tie secure. Just be sure to slide the new bungee through the foam tubes in the proper direction before securing both ends so you can slide the foam fingers back over the metal fingers once new bungie is secure.

I have not found suitable replacement foam but I use this stuff on the foam and plastic parts on the tower and it seems to hold the black shine fairly well.

I recently sprayed Flex Seal on the foam and it seems to keep my hands from looking black after handling boards and touching the foam. Not a fan of these racks or towers. My tower has a lot of play and sway in it. All connections appear tight and strong, so I assume they were always this way?

You have to remember their age. They were some of the first towers made and the tubing diameter is much smaller than what they built later.
