    Gel Coat for repairs

I'm in need of gel coat for some of the deeper scratches that I have on my boat. I'm wondering if someone would be able to confirm the color code/name for my boat?

Pacific Blue is the color if anyone else has the same color.

I’ve heard good things about redneck repairs in Vancouver. Or maybe stop by the old redline shop and see if John knows anything.

I did confirm the color with John. Still deciding if this is something I tackle myself or let someone else do. Not sure I want the big bill attached but also not sure when I'd have the time to put in to it.

I would be worried about making it look bad doing it yourself. What are you trying to fix?

These are some pics of the damage. Mostly Starboard side from picking up riders and or dock hits. Some of these were on the boat when I got it, the rest just magically appeared . Back swim platform also a bad area. I'd like to put some EVA down along the back but I need to get this all cleaned up first.

It's kind of hard to tell from pics but it looks like some of this could get wet sanded. You could even start by just hitting it with a buffing compound. I give it the fingernail test. If you run your fingernail across it and it catches your nail it probably needs filled before sanding. If fingernail skips across it can probably be wet sanded and buffed. That's a pretty rough test tho.
