This is my 3rd season with our 96 Tige Pre2100wt. I neglected my bunk boards even after noticing some of the wood rotting. The gravity of the problem never struck me. Eventually the steel bracket protruded through and left some gnarly gashes in my hull.

It was mistake from a lack of experience. I didn't want to shell out money for a professional repair so I watched some tutorials from Boatworks Today.
Here's some of the work
Sanding with 60 grit then 150 and cleaning with acetone.

White gel Coat 4oz mixed with MEK catalyst 1.25cc. 3 coats applied with sanding and cleaning in between.

Sprayed PVA after each Coat and let it sit for a night. I just finished final sanding and wet sanding. Compounding will follow while I'm doing the rest of the boat.

I've had her out of the water twice and the repairs seem to be holding up very well. I believe my supplies cost me around 100-150 dollars.
First, what would this have cost in a shop?
I'm also wondering if any of you salty vets would recommend something I might have missed?
Thanks!
