Got too clumsy on the back of my 24ve with the engine hatch up, lost my balance and fell back on the engine hatch. Now both struts busted off the mounts where they attach to the transom--not surprising given they are plastic attachments...I am now in need of new struts. Anyone know where I can get some absent going to Home Depot/auto parts store and trying to match them up?? I don't need them with a lot of force, so that might keep the auto parts store out of the running. Thoughts??

Just replace the ends if the struts are okay. -

You could try your local boat shop. When ever I change out bent or worn out shocks I keep the old ends.Comment
