DHM Trailer Bearing Size?? Does anybody know?

Just as the title states, I want to replace and repack the bearings on my DHM Trailer but have no idea what size to order. Every where I read says you have to take the wheels apart to look at the bearings to know what size. I don't want to rip the bearings apart until I actually get the part in my hands in case I have to wait while they get ordered in. Does anybody know off hand what size im looking for? Looks like there are 3 main sizes for boat trailers.

There is a manufacturer sticker on the trailer but it just has weight, tire size, rim size. no axle information. It was manufactured in 2006.

Don't know your size but in my experience any auto parts store will be able to support you once you have it apart....I use Napa....but they all have bearings on hand
