So now 2 of the 4 bolts that hold the inspection plate on are busted on my Johnson f6b water pump. Thankfully the remaining bolts are opposite one another, so I think it will hold- will see tomorrow when I hook up water and run it. Anyone had to remove the entire pump and back the broken pieces out? I notice with the particular pump I have the holes could be drilled thru and maybe rethreaded, but that sounds like a lot of work. Trying to hit the lake this weekend and might be stumped by some piddly dang brass bolts
