Water Leak

i have a 2000 2300V Limited that has a water leak coming from somewhere. the dealer has repacked the shaft log and the situaiton is no better. I looked in the engine compartment the last trip out and took a picture of where it looked like water was coming from. Not sure what this is or even if the water is coming from there! it is on the right side by the bell housing on the rear of the engine.... any ideas if that is the culprit or just an after effect??
the bolt head faces the rear of the boat.....this is a side pic....

Mine was doing that and it was the water pump. Not the sea water pump down below; rather, the other water pump up higher on the back of the engine (*it is driven by the serpentine belt)

In any case, pretty easy replacement.

i have a better picture that may help....this is not my engine, but one justs like it...... the bolt in my picture is the one on the right side of the new pic, just under the plug wires on the right!
