Warranty length

Ok, so does anyone know how long the interior vinyl is warrantied for? My back seat seams are tearing. Also, this is for the mods, where can I take it to get it fixed, since my dealer that I bought the boat from no longer services Tige's? I live in Oklahoma City.

The stitching was only warranted for 1 year.
