RED LIGHT!!!

I havent noticed this but........i own a 05 switch v and on my last outing i noticed a red light right above steering wheel on panel. Is this a warning light...or does it come on while boat is on, i havent noticed it until we went on night ride..any suggestions ..please help. thanx

It is a low pressure light for the v-drive. The light should go off around 1100 rpm and if the light comes on at a higher rpm then the pressure is low in the v-drive unit.

Damn, lee, i was going to tell him it was the auto self-destruct light and to bail in the water and swim for it the next time it comes on! And you had to ruin it with the truth!
