Can't go over 12 mph ;) and beeps every 15 seconds

similar issue as the other thread. Just picked up a 2004 24V with the Marine power 5.7 . I checked wires on my fuel pumps, those appear to be good.

One additional bit of info which I didn't see mentioned in the other thread is we've got a beep every 15 seconds. Boat makes it up to about 12mph and that's it. All the gauges seem to be correct. Engine does run a bit rough otherwise. We're taking it into the dealer in Austin on Wednesday anyway for a 'buyers check'...maybe a bit late for that one

Ideas? Does that beep mean anything specific, I found something else on here about a 30 second beep but this is definitely more frequent than that.

Make sure the knock sensor is plugged in.

Sorry I don't have the answer for you, but the Ski Dock will be able to hook you guys up. Will is a great guy and hopefully they have been slowing down a bit so they can get you right in.
