Got a 2007 Tige 22ve with the vortec 5.7 liter. Which oil and oil filter do you guys recommend? And how do you pump out the oil from the engine? Any info on it is appreciated thanks

What oil did you end up using? I have also have the Marine Power 5.7 (2008 22ve). From what I read, oil type seems to be a topic of much debate. I read the Engine manufacturer recommends SAE 30 or 40 depending on climate. Others in this forum recommend Rotella (usually for diesel engines). I have more questions than answers.
