Small cracks in Gel Coat

I have a 2001 21V Riders Edition that has small cracks around near the tower mounts. I was thinking of tackling the repair myself. How difficult is the repair and how do I match the gel coat color?

You will need to grind out past the cracks then fill back in. Make sure the holes for the tower are drilled properly.
