Fluid amounts help

So I have an 02 21V with 350 MAG, Velvit drive and standar VDrive. Just rebuilt the Velvit so it’s completely empty and so is the V. How many quarts does each take and how many quarts does the engine take?

5 qts for the engine. 15-40
Approx 2 qts ATF dex/mer for trans.
Approx 1.5 qts non detergent 30w for Walter v drive
