Have a new 2020 R21 and left trim tab is stuck in down position. Any ideas how to fix?

I havent had to troubleshoot the new Parker system but I know there are some relays that get mounted at the transom and also some fuses for the relays. Im just speculating but I'm guessing they are in the starboard corner at transom behind that removable plastic piece in the rear locker.
If it's not there I'd follow the wires from the transom and they will lead to the relays.
