Is some wobble normal with my 03 22v tower?

My tower appears tight but seems to wobble a bit in chop. Is this common? Not sure what kind of tower I have. Please refer to picture. I think it factory.

That is the factory tower. Try to remember, towers on boats were a very new thing back then. That is a second generation tower. Not nearly as bad as the original Metcrap tower but ya, it’s going to wobble a bit in chop. Just make sure everything is tight. Everything. Be sure to check all the bolts at the mounts.
