It is time for my 20hr service. If I change the oil now and I only put maybe 10 to 15 more hours on the boat is it necessary to change it at the end of the season?

After the first 20hr service, the next will not need to be done for another 50hrs. I would not recommend storing the boat for the winter with used oil. 15hrs is 25% used. If you are confident that it would only be another 10-15 hrs till it's done for the season, I would just wait till then and change it.
