Prep is done! I'll wait till tomorrow to cut and attach. Hopefully it'll be a bit warmer out On the negative side, I have some blistering (de-lamination) on top of 1/2 half of the platform...the GG will obviously cover it up, but not what I expected to see on a three year old boat ...Doh, the fun of ownership.

My original swim step matarial pulled off after 1 summer on my Moomba. I replaced it with Gator Grip over 6 years ago and the stuff still looks & feels like new. This photo was taken 2 weeks ago and you can see how well it has held up against the 120-degree summers.

A minor set back on my project and I'm off on a motorcycle jaunt this Wednesday. The project and pix will have to be set aside until I return

I just ordered my Gator Grip today! I plan to put it on the gunwhales near the tower and underneath my middle seat cushion in the rear (which I plan to remove whenever we have a boarder going so when they come back into the boat, they step down on that and not the seat).

Finally done! Couldn't let this project interfere with a motorcycle trip now could I

Easy project. I used the stock mats to cut out the Gator Grip. Make sure you place the sticky side up as shown in the picture and then trace around it. I cut it a bit wider to allow for any shrinkage.

Now, where did I leave my Tige

Looks very nice. Some one gave me a large piece of black gator grip that does not have any adhesive on it. I used some on my trailer. I need to figure out where I put it and do my swim platform. Existing stuff is all cracking.
                              Let it be!!!

The swimstep on my old boat lasted less than 1 summer. I put the GG on the swimstep and sides where you stand to out the boards away.

4 years later and it was still like new GG ROCKS!
