Replacing swim deck mounts

Hello,

I have a broken swim deck mount. I have a new one, but for the life of me, I cannot figure out how to remove the false bottom in the stern to get to the nuts.

Any ideas?
I've a 2007 20i.

Recently did this to change the steering cable. First remove the upper section facing the back of the boat, then the floor will be accessible. Getting the back panel out is a PITA. It is flexible, which it needs to be because you will have to bend it to get it out. After dislodging it, you should be able to lift the floor up while leaving the back panel in the trunk.
